Join Our Network of Satisfied Landlords

Our approach is simple – we take on the responsibilities, so you can enjoy the benefits. Numerous landlords across Birmingham have experienced the advantages of partnering with us. Don’t just take our word for it, hear what they have to say:

Idris was recommended to us by a friend after we bought a property in Acocks Green with a view to renting it out as an HMO property. Idris was very honest with us right from the start and recommended improvements to the property to maximise its rental potential. He also recommended a team of builders, who turned out to be first class and very reliable. We were so glad of this recommendation as it saved us so much time in terms of getting the house ready quickly. They were also very reasonably priced.

When it came to letting the property, Idris was not at all pushy in trying to get us to sign up to his housing association, he instead recommended several routes for us to explore first, to make sure we found the right outcome for us. In the end we decided to rent the house through Idris’s housing association, as this felt to us like the most viable option. Idris offered us a competitive rate for the rental of the property for Birmingham City Council housing association residents, with a guaranteed monthly income. As this was our first HMO rental property it took a great deal of pressure off us as Idris’s team took over full management of the property. As soon as we agreed the contract Idris and his team were very quick to arrange for all of the furniture for each room to be ordered and delivered. All of this was of a very good quality and price. His team also added finishing touches to the garden and rooms, where necessary, to make the property ready for tenants at the earliest date possible.

Since handing over the property, Idris’s company have filled the rooms with tenants and we have had the rental income paid promptly every month. We have had absolutely no regrets about using Idris and his housing association and would wholeheartedly recommend him to others, especially anyone new to the HMO or buy to let business. He is a very friendly, honest and knowledgeable person who likes to do his best for the people he works with.
